I have never been more excited to go to work than I was on Sunday, October 28th. It was the day of WWE Evolution, the first-ever all-women’s PPV/live streaming special! Behind the scenes shoots are always super challenging, but also so much fun. Over the summer I worked with Gina LeVay for the first time on the SummerSlam project where we photographed various Superstars around NYC. She was so on-point with everything. From knowing about the Superstars’ characters to nailing shots quickly to being a positive force, she was my first choice for documenting Evolution.

We were at Nassau Coliseum all day and throughout the show documenting the Superstars backstage. The energy behind the scenes was amazing. Women from the past and present were together to participate and celebrate. Superstars, staff, crew, everyone was so excited for this groundbreaking event. Gina was on point shooting so many great moments and interactions. She also set up a portrait area, so we could mix up the content.
