Today, Joss & Main opened its second physical store in Oak Brook, Illinois at Oakbrook Center. The store blends the best of in-person and online shopping into one seamless experience. In addition to shopping hundreds of products in store to take home same-day, customers can also access an endless aisle of alternative styles, colors and materials through the Joss & Main mobile app, mobile web, or on a tablet in-store with the help of an associate. Proud of my producer, Alyssa Campbell for coordinating a seamless photo and video shoot with a tight TAT for the press release.
The design of Joss & Main’s debut Chicagoland store is inspired by marketplaces and bazaars from around the world, referencing the grand arches of marketplace arcades. An interior palette of warm blonde wood with accents of brass and black touches are designed to create a beautiful neutral backdrop for showcasing stunning pieces for the home.
Shoppers are also invited to visit the Joss & Main Design Studio for free design advice and inspiration. Whether refreshing a space for the season or redesigning an entire room or home, customers can take advantage of free design services from Joss & Main’s team of experts. The Studio also features swatches and other tactile elements that shoppers can take home and add to their mood boards to help bring their unique visions to life.
"We’re so excited to bring the Joss & Main brand to life in Chicagoland," says Adrienne Brown, Head of Joss & Main. "Our store is designed to inspire our customers' personal style, with a marketplace hub that allows them to mix the latest trends in home decor. Surrounding our marketplace, we have seasonal trend capsules -- like Refined Retreat from our Summer Edit, which is our fresh take on coastal blue and white. I can't wait for our customers to experience our offering in person for the first time."
